The Iris of the Abyss

This captivating work, titled "The Iris of the Abyss", explores themes of perception, scale, and the profound mystery of the unknown.

Dominated by a vast, pulsating, eye like entity, the piece contrasts the immense power of nature or perhaps an omnipresent consciousness with the fragile scale of humanity, represented by the lone figure at the bottom right.

The surrounding luminous orbs create a dreamlike, submerged atmosphere, suggesting a dive into the subconscious mind or the deep ocean of the universe.

The dark, bristly form of the eye conveys a primal energy, a silent observer in a vibrant, yet isolating, void.
